Omsom x Synchronic

A Merch Drop

The goal was simple: devise an innovative way to launch Omsom's latest T-shirt and bucket hat. The designs were rowdy, loud, and proud, so that's the idea I ran with.

A Dance Video

Combining my love for dance with the rowdy energy of the merch, I linked up NYC dance team Synchronic with Omsom to create a dance video that would capture the essence of their merch drop. I created this campaign from start to finish, and served as director, cinematographer, choreographer, and editor of the video.

ONE Rehearsal

The entire dance was taught and staged in a single 3-hour practice, the week before the shoot. There were 7 different choreographers and over 20 dancers who collaborated together to make this project happen.

Filming took place in Brooklyn for around 3 hours. The weather was not on our side forcing us to improvise and find a new location covered from the rain.
